We are on the lookout for a Senior FullStack Software Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end product features, working across React front-end applications and Python-based back-end services. You will help build scalable, data driven experiences, maintain core repositories, and contribute to a high-quality, production-ready platform.
You will be responsible for:Transform product and technical specifications into efficient, production-ready front-end and back-end code as part of an agile 3-week sprint development processBuild and maintain React front-end applications, focusing on performance, usability, and clean architectureDesign, maintain, and evolve Python-based back-end services and repositoriesInterface front-end applications with a GraphQL API surface, supporting both internal products and external partner integrationsVisualize data and model outputs to provide key analytical insights across the platformContribute to the UX design process, including wireframing, mockups, and UI/UX workflowsImplement user behavior and usage metrics across applicationsContinuously test, deploy, and monitor code using CI/CD pipelinesRefactor, unit-test, and maintain both React and Python codebasesCollaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders representing all areas of the businessRegularly prepare and present technical or product updates to stakeholdersExplore and evaluate new front-end and back-end technologies, tools, and design principlesAssist with broader platform development initiatives when required
Requirements3–5+ years of professional experience in software engineering (front-end, back-end, or full-stack roles)2–3+ years of experience with React and modern front-end development2–3+ years of experience with Python in production environmentsProven expertise in using AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and drive continuous process improvementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, and modern styling solutions (SCSS or CSS)Experience designing and consuming APIs, including GraphQLHands-on experience with AWS, Docker, CDNs, and CI/CD workflowsFamiliarity with Apache Airflow, Neo4J, or similar data-driven technologies is a plusSolid understanding of version control best practices using GitCompetency in UI/UX workflows, data visualization, and analytics-driven product developmentStrong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdvanced English proficiencyBased in LATAM only.
