Sr FullStack Software Engineer

About the role

GBH is looking for a Senior FullStack Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end product features across React front-end applications and Python-based back-end services. The role contributes to scalable, data-driven experiences and a high-quality, production-ready platform.

Responsibilities

• Turn product and technical specifications into production-ready front-end and back-end code in an agile 3-week sprint process.
• Build and maintain React front-end applications, focusing on performance, usability, and clean architecture.
• Design, maintain, and evolve Python-based back-end services and repositories.
• Connect front-end applications with a GraphQL API for internal products and external partner integrations.
• Visualize data and model outputs to provide analytical insights across the platform.
• Contribute to UX design, including wireframing, mockups, and UI/UX workflows.
• Implement user behavior and usage metrics across applications.
• Test, deploy, and monitor code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Refactor, unit-test, and maintain React and Python codebases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders across the business.
• Prepare and present technical or product updates to stakeholders.
• Explore and evaluate front-end and back-end technologies and tools.
