Key Qualifications✔ Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within multinational companies.✔ Strong expertise in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and performance management.✔ Experience leading regional or cross-functional HR projects.✔ Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.✔ Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.✔ Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and strategies.✔ Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR metrics and data-driven insights.✔ Advanced English proficiency.
