About the role

FedEx is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support business leaders in multinational organizations, drive people initiatives, and lead complex HR projects that contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Support business leaders and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
• Drive people initiatives and lead regional or cross-functional HR projects.
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Use HR metrics and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within multinational companies.
• Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and performance management.
• Experience leading regional or cross-functional HR projects.
• Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging HR metrics and data-driven insights.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Preferred experience in project management, employee relations, people analytics, labor compliance, vendor management, audit and compliance processes, and multicultural and matrixed environments.
