Sr JAVA Developer Financial Services-Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Java MicroServices Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
This role requires attend 3 days at the office in Autonomous city of Buenos Aires.
Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Java-based microservices applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable systems.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
Mandatory Skills:Strong proficiency in Java programming language.Extensive experience in developing microservices using Java frameworks.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying microservices.Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
Preferred Skills:Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus).Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
