About the role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions and develop RESTful APIs for internal and external system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and software solutions.
• Create reusable, maintainable code following clean code principles and coding standards.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for relational databases.
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven architectures using Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across distributed systems, and ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements are met.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience designing scalable, high-performance applications.
