Both positions are supporting a SaaS environment and will be working on Go-to-Market initiatives - proven previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, GTM, Content, Product will be required.

OverviewSeeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This role will oversee complex projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at driving projects from planning through execution while maintaining stakeholder alignment and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, timelines, deliverables, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Coordinate efforts across multiple departments to ensure project objectives, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned.Provide project status updates, track milestones, and proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.Develop and improve project management processes, workflows, templates, and best practices.Foster collaboration and effective communication among diverse teams and stakeholders.Support strategic initiatives by connecting day-to-day project execution with broader business objectives.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications5-8+ years of project management experience in a technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and complex dependencies.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.
Preferred SkillsExperience working with global teams and distributed workforces.Strong process improvement and change management capabilities.Background supporting marketing, product, sales, or customer-facing initiatives.
