Sr QA Engineer

Job Description: Role: Senior QA EngineerLocation: ArgentinaRemote but 1st week work from Office(Full time)
Experience Needed-• 7+ years of software quality assurance experience.• 5+ years of hands-on automated testing experience.• Experience supporting enterprise-scale software products.• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.• Experience collaborating directly with development teams throughout the SDLC
Technical Skills required-Test Automation: Experience with one or more of- Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, PuppeteerTest
Automation experience with:• Automation architecture; regression automation; CI/CD test execution; automated reporting/dashboards.• API Testing: REST APIs; Postman; Swagger/OpenAPI; automated API validation; contract testing; integration testing.• Programming & Scripting: C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell; build maintainable automation frameworks/utilities.• Performance & Security: Load testing tools; performance test design; API performance validation; security testing fundamentals; vulnerability assessment processes.
Microsoft Azure:App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage, API Management, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Entra ID; test cloud-native Azure apps.
DevOps & CI/CD:Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions; automated build/deploy; test execution in CI/CD; quality gates; release validation.
AI Knowledge:Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted dev, AI quality evaluation, AI agents/agentic workflows, RAG, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Responsible AI; address hallucinations, grounding, governance.
This person needs to be able to individually move a task from general requirements to completion. Working with lower to mid-level business partners would be expected. Lastly, we want him/her to be a strong team player that will contribute towards the team as we evolve.
