Symrise works with manufacturers of perfumes, cosmetics and foods to develop new product ideas and market-ready concepts for things which are an indispensable part of everyday life: perfumes, personal care products, fabric care products, household cleaners, beverages, convenience food, snacks, confectionary and dairy products.Symrise, always inspiring more...Your roleTasks:Conduct technical project management in line with B2C and Symrise Project Practice.Development of seasoning solutions within Symcom system according to project briefing.Development of seasonings for different applications (e.g. snacks, processed meat, bouillons, sauces and dressings).Introduction of Raw Materials.Definition of quality inspection plan for raw materials, seasonings and applications.Stability evaluation protocol for raw materials, seasonings and applications.Upscaling processes.Technical presentations, workshops & customer engagement.Validation of development results/specifications.Project finalization and handover.Work & operational instructions: follow relevant work & operational instructions in daily work, maintain/update existing and develop new instructions, maintenance of technical equipment.Responsibilities:Own and conduct subject matter expertise training (e.g. cross-regional)Advance, update and train safety, good manufacturing practices and work environmental guidelinesTechnical KA team lead on regional/global levelContribute & share experiences to advance cross-regional networkTo review and advance seasoning & application development best practicesProfessional execution and progression of existing SDAT task standardsSuccessful and timely delivery of project briefs with complex challengesActively and collaboratively contribute to positive team spiritExperience: 7-10 yearsBackground: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Food chemistry, Food science, Engineer, Biochemistry or career related to chemistry or food scienceOther languages: English - Minimum CEF B2 / TOEIC 651-750Technical knowledge: Food, engineering and chemistryCompetencies: Leadership, delivering results, commercial thinking, collaboration, strategic thinking, creativity and innovationWe offer above-law benefits, development and continuous training
