About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain mission-critical eDiscovery solutions used by legal professionals worldwide.This is a hands-on engineering role where you will take ownership of features from concept to production, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards of software quality, reliability, and accountability.
The ideal candidate combines strong .NET/C# development experience with solid PostgreSQL expertise and enjoys solving complex technical challenges within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.Build and maintain automated test coverage to ensure software quality and reliability.Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues across the application stack.Own features throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, code reviews, testing, and debugging while ensuring accuracy and quality.Participate in architectural discussions, technical design sessions, and code reviews.Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices, including the responsible use of AI development tools.Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.
Required Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.Experience building, deploying, and supporting scalable production systems.Strong commitment to automated testing and software quality.Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving live production issues.Hands-on experience using AI development tools in day-to-day software engineering workflows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global teams.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.Experience developing highly available, mission-critical applications.Exposure to cloud-based architectures and modern software engineering practices.Previous experience mentoring or coaching software engineers.
