General Summary
Acts as the site’s subject matter expert for Logistics, Transportation, and Trade Compliance, leading end-to-end inbound and outbound operations.
Responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across domestic and international markets.
Oversees transportation strategy, freight management, customs compliance, and partnerships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Drives process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and seamless cross-border operations under the Costa Rica Free Trade Zone Regime.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Customs Administration, International Commerce or any related field, with 4+ years of experience in the field.• Knowledge of Free Trade Zone Regime.• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail• English Level: B2+
