Capa is a B2B fintech infrastructure company built to make money movement across Latin America fast, simple, and compliant. We give fintechs and financial operators a single, reliable channel to move pesos and other currencies across the region in real time.
Key responsibilities
• Execute CI/CD pipeline changes and small IaC (Terraform/CDK) tasks under review• Monitor Datadog dashboards/alerts during business hours; escalate per runbook• Assist with routine cloud ops: scaling config changes, log queries, access provisioning requests• Shadow the on-call rotation — never solo on money-movement paths• Keep runbooks/TSGs updated as you learn the systems• Support SOC2 evidence collection (device compliance, access reviews) under guidance• Own escalated tickets Support T1 couldn't resolve — reproduce, debug, and fix or route to engineering with a clear root-cause writeup• Write and maintain runbooks/known-issue docs so recurring problems don't need re-escalating• Monitor the tech issues queue and Datadog-flagged customer-impacting issues; communicate status during incidents• Track SLA adherence for your ticket queue; flag recurring patterns (e.g. KYB/onboarding friction) to the Support Lead and Product• Support T1 agents on newly-documented runbooks
Requirements
• 0–2 years with Linux, cloud (AWS preferred), and at least one IaC tool• Basic scripting (Python/Bash) and Git fluency• Willingness to learn observability tooling (Datadog or similar)• Clear written communication in English/Spanish; calm under pressure with upset customers• Experience with a helpdesk tool (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
Nice-to-haves Exposure a fintech/payments. Familiaridad con Docker/Kubernetes.Certs (AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc)
