Staff Accountant

Our client, is a growing, manufacturing company, in the Grand Rapids area. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to add to their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES of Staff AccountantStaff Accountant will be responsible for preparing journal entries and account reconciliations to support the month end close process.Staff Accountant will help prepare consolidated financial statements.Staff Accountant will help with internal control and procedure documentation.Staff Accountant will help on financial analysis projects as needed.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of Staff AccountantBachelor’s Degree in Accounting required3+ years of experience in Accounting requiredHigh level of US GAAP knowledgeExcellent communication, people, written and presentation skillsTeam player who can work well with other functional groups
