Staff Accountant - Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and lease accounting standards. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain precise financial records. Assist with the monthly close process, including journal entries and detailed account analysis. Handle lease accounting for NNN lease structures, ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting standards. Utilize QuickBooks for daily financial tracking and management tasks. Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to accounting inquiries. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for daily accounting operations. Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager software. Strong knowledge of GAAP and lease accounting standards.
