Staff Accountant

Are you passionate about accounting and looking to join a dynamic team where you can contribute to key financial operations and process improvements? We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute month-end close activities accurately and on time.Manage sub-ledgers and perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.Prepare monthly variance analyses and provide clear explanations for financial results.Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Partner with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on transactional accounting experience.Proven experience with month-end close processes, sub-ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliations.B2 English proficiency (written and verbal).Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Availability to work full-time onsite (5 days per week).
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle Financial Applications.Experience participating in continuous improvement initiatives.Background in operational excellence and process optimization.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated mindset.
