Join our engineering team as a Staff Software Quality Assurance Engineer and take ownership of the UI testing strategy for ServAssure UI, a modern web-based network monitoring platform used in complex telecommunications environments.
In this highly visible role, you'll lead automation initiatives, define release quality standards, mentor engineers, and work closely with developers in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade software.

What You'll DoLead the UI testing strategy for ServAssure UIDesign, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and BrowserStackDefine test plans, regression strategies, and release-readiness criteriaExecute manual and automated testing across UI, API, and integration layersIdentify, troubleshoot, and communicate quality risksPartner closely with developers in Agile development cyclesPrepare release quality reports and stakeholder updatesMentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of Software QA and Test Automation experienceExpertise building automated test frameworks for web applicationsStrong experience with Selenium WebDriver and BrowserStackExperience testing enterprise, distributed, or cloud-based systemsProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience testing Angular or other modern SPA applicationsKnowledge of REST APIs and API testingExperience with Jira, Zephyr, or similar test management toolsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to mentor engineers and influence quality standardsPreferred QualificationsCypress or Playwright experienceCI/CD integration experience (Jenkins or similar)Performance, load, or security testing experienceAI-assisted QA tooling experienceJava knowledgeTelecom, Cable, or Network Management software experienceBDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)Linux experienceAccessibility, visual regression, or data-driven testing experience
