About the role
D|B Global Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive Staffing Recruiter to build talent pipelines and engage candidates across recruitment channels. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate need.
Responsibilities
- Source prospective talent through multiple channels, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct outbound telephone calls and pre-screen candidates in advanced English to evaluate role fit.
- Manage multiple candidate interactions and keep applicants engaged and informed throughout recruitment.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in a human resources or recruiting function.
- Comfort making high-volume candidate calls, using ATS systems, and leveraging digital sourcing channels.
- Advanced English for telephone outreach and candidate pre-screenings.
