Storage Engineer

We're looking for a #StorageEngineer to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica Hybrid role (1–2 days onsite).
🧠 What You’ll Do• Manage and support enterprise SAN/NAS storage environments.• Deploy storage solutions and lead migration projects.• Administer cloud storage services (AWS preferred).• Support Windows and Linux storage platforms.• Participate in a global follow-the-sun on-call rotation.• Collaborate with international infrastructure teams.
✅ What We’re Looking For• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage environments.• Strong experience with EMC PowerMax/VMAX, Unity/VNX, NetApp, and Isilon.• Knowledge of AWS storage services (S3, EBS, EFS, FSx) or Azure/GCP equivalents.• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.• Python or Shell scripting experience is a plus.• Advanced English communication skills.
