Store Captain

Responsibilities: • Manage daily store operations. • Supervise and guide store staff. • Handle inventory and stock management. • Monitor sales and customer service. • Ensure store cleanliness and company standards. • Manage opening and closing procedures. • Duty: 9 hours per day. Candidate Profile: • Minimum experience in retail, convenience stores, supermarkets or QSR. • Good communication and leadership skills. • Experience as Store Captain / Store Supervisor / Store In-Charge preferred. • Age range: 24 to 40 years. Experience Preferred: 7- Eleven / 24 Seven / Spencer Retail / New Shop / AMPM Stores / More / Dmart / In & Out convenience / Caffè Coffee Day / McDonald’s / Pizza Hut.
