Position SummaryAndes is looking for a diligent and forward-thinking Strategy & Ops Associate to drive growth and manage our operations across various US territories, including Florida, Texas, and Arizona.
You will take ownership of operational continuity and excellence for a platform that bridges institutional assets with local experts. Our model functions similarly to Uber but tailored for the short- and mid-term rental property management space.
Know-how and interest in AI and automated workflows is essential for scaling core processes. We value the versatility to pivot from granular daily execution to high-level strategic planning, maintaining a builder’s mindset to solve complex operational pain points.
Furthermore, you will serve as a primary coordinator for launching new projects and expanding our presence within both established and emerging markets throughout the United States.
What You'll DoOperational Continuity:Guarantee business continuity across all active territories, maintaining optimal capacity to uphold brand standards and ensuring redundancy for unforeseen contingencies.Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our local operators network, including targeted recruitment, seamless onboarding, and rigorous training in our proprietary management frameworks.Identify and develop innovative acquisition channels to broaden and diversify our talent pipeline for local operators.
Operational Excellence:Optimize departmental performance by architecting AI-driven and automated workflows that significantly scale and enhance our existing operational resources.Assume full accountability for core departmental KPIs, focusing on service quality metrics, team productivity, and regulatory compliance.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among platform stakeholders through well-defined SLAs and robust escalation frameworks.Ensure meticulous documentation and organization of all departmental processes, strategic projects, and tactical initiatives.
Market Manager:Serve as the operational anchor, empowering local operators to execute flawlessly on guest experience and institutional asset management goals.Manage market-specific P&Ls to secure and improve the financial health and profitability of our primary business functions.Partner closely with Procurement to build and maintain a reliable vendor ecosystem that supports the daily needs of our co-host network.Collaborate with the Property Onboarding team to streamline the launch and integration of new assets into our expanding US portfolio.
Experience & QualificationsExperience1–3 years of professional experience in fields such as Strategy & Ops, Management Consulting, Product Operations, or Logistics, ideally within high-growth, technology-driven organizations.Proficiency in LLMs and advanced prompting or interest to dive deep into this topic, preferably backed by a demonstrable history of architecting and deploying automations and/ or AI-driven solutions.
What You BringBilingual fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory) to drive high-stakes negotiations and facilitate seamless communication with international stakeholders.A proactive and analytical mindset; possessing superior organizational skills and a structured approach to solving complex operational challenges.Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar quantitative discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
