RequirementsEducation: A background in Psychopedagogy, Educational Psychology, or a directly related field. Experience: Proven experience supporting adolescents with learning differences. Communication: Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level) and Spanish. Flexibility: Availability for rotating schedules, including some weekends and evening blocks, to match our institutional programming. Engagement: Strong organization, initiative, and a genuine willingness to participate in outdoor activities and experiential learning opportunities.
