Discover the RoleWe are seeking a Supervisor Accounting & Tax with strong experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and international environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting and tax team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Oversee accounting processes, month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Review financial statements, accounting records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Manage and oversee tax compliance processes, including national and local tax obligations.Review tax returns and coordinate tax reporting requirements.Lead audits and manage interactions with external auditors and tax authorities.Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax matters.Identify risks and implement improvements in accounting, tax, and control processes.Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence.
Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory).7 years of experience in:Accounting operations and financial reportingGeneral ledger and month-end closing processesTax compliance and reportingFinancial statement preparation and reviewProven experience in team supervision or leadership roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred).Knowledge of corporate tax regulations.English level B2.
