MAGARTV - DIRECTV is hiring an experienced Field Sales Supervisor in Machala, El Oro, Ecuador. This full-time, on-site role leads a telecommunications sales team, strengthens product presence across assigned routes, and drives performance against sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, accompany, and motivate the assigned sales team.
- Position telecommunications products strategically across assigned routes.
- Track performance indicators and follow up on results.
- Grow and maintain the customer portfolio while supporting customer satisfaction.
- Develop the team’s sales capabilities and promote a positive, results-focused workplace.
- Adapt and execute sales strategies to local market conditions.
- Manage routes and ensure established objectives are met.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of field sales supervision experience; experience with telecommunications dealer companies is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and assertive communication skills.
- Ability to motivate a team, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Having an established team is preferred.
