Vacancy Available: Field Supervisor – Telecommunications Sector We are seeking a Field Supervisor with proven experience in the telecommunications sector, capable of strategically leading the sales force and ensuring the positioning of our products in the market. Main Responsibilities: Lead, accompany, and motivate the assigned sales force. Strategically position products along assigned routes. Develop and monitor performance indicators. Supervise growth, maintenance, and customer satisfaction of the client portfolio. Develop and enhance the commercial team’s capabilities. Promote a positive, results-oriented work environment. Adapt and execute sales strategies based on market conditions. Manage routes and ensure achievement of established objectives. Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of field supervision experience, preferably in telecommunications dealer companies. Proven leadership and assertive communication skills.
