Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the collections team, setting clear goals and objectives. Analyze and evaluate current collection strategies for effectiveness. Negotiate with clients to recover outstanding accounts. Prepare and present periodic collection progress reports to management. Coordinate training and development sessions for the collections team. Implement continuous improvements in collection management processes. Foster a productive and motivating work environment within the team. Preferred Qualifications Completed high school diploma (Bachillerato finalizado). Minimum 1 year experience in leadership roles within collections or related areas. Proven skills in analysis, negotiation, and team leadership. Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. Excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset.
