This full-time, on-site role in Apaseo el Grande, GUA includes supervising security staff, organizing shift schedules, monitoring access control, and ensuring adherence to security protocols and company policies. The supervisor will conduct inspections and patrols, respond to incidents, document and report security events, and coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when necessary. The role also involves training and guiding security personnel, promoting a culture of safety, and supporting continuous improvement of security procedures and standards. The Supervisor de seguridad is expected to maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports, and support compliance with local regulations and client requirements.Qualifications Experience in security supervision or related roles, including managing teams, organizing shifts, and overseeing day-to-day security operations.Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, incident response, and basic risk assessment in industrial or commercial settings.Ability to prepare reports, maintain logs, and communicate clearly with staff, management, and clients in both verbal and written form.Demonstrated skills in leadership, conflict resolution, decision-making under pressure, and maintaining professionalism in sensitive situations.Familiarity with relevant local safety and security regulations and willingness to follow company standards and compliance requirements.Availability to work full-time on-site in Apaseo el Grande, GUA, including rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.Previous experience in corporate or industrial security, law enforcement, or military service is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or professional training in security or safety disciplines is a plus.
