Supplier Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Supplier Development & Qualification.
• Supplier Quality Performance Management.
• Incoming Material Non-Conformance Management.
• SCAR & Supplier Complaint Management.
• Corrective Action Follow-Up.
• RMA & Material Return Management.
• APQP / PPAP.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• Supply Chain Risk Reduction.
• Documentation & Regulatory Compliance.

Requirements
• Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
• + 4 years of experience in similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supplier quality management and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
• Ability to conduct supplier audits and manage quality improvement projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership when addressing quality issues.
