The HDNA Supplier Quality Specialist-Electronics serves as the subject matter expert for electronic components and assemblies in the supply base, driving quality excellence and supporting robust product launches and ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority on electronic components, including PCBs, PCBAs, transmissions, and motors.
• Provide guidance on industry standards, including IPC and applicable regulatory standards.
• Support design reviews, including DFMEA and PFMEA, to ensure quality is built into the product.
• Resolve chronic quality issues and lead advanced problem-solving initiatives.
• Coordinate the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to support robust product launches and ongoing compliance.
