About the role
Minth México is seeking a Supplier Quality Supervisor to support supplier management and supplier quality.
Responsibilities
- Improve supplier performance and close supplier quality issues.
- Control risks in the mass production process.
- Manage the local team, including talent retention and development.
- Participate in daily communication and meetings with the operation team, providing professional support and solutions for supplier management.
Requirements
- Experience developing SQE.
- Knowledge of categories such as stamping, injection molding, extrusion, die-casting, forging, precision electronics, and surface treatment.
- Familiarity with IATF16949, Six Tools, and VDA6.3.
- Proficiency in GD&T, drawings, inspection tools, and materials.
- Teamwork, communication skills for internal coordination and supplier management, professional competence, and stress resistance.
