Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze supply chain operations, monitor inventory and logistics performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize overall supply chain processes. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply planning activities.Prepare reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs.Support demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.Evaluate supplier performance and assist in identifying supply risks and mitigation strategies.Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate supply chain documentation, reports, and databases.Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a related analytical role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems is a plus.Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Familiarity with supply chain planning and forecasting tools.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.APICS (ASCM) certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are an advantage.
