Supply Chain Manager

East West is seeking a supply chain manager in Costa Rica with a strong focus on visibility, supplier performance, compliance, and cost optimization. Experienced in building resilient supply chains through centralized supplier data, risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in improving service levels, strengthening sourcing strategies, and supporting operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing purchasing and logistics teams.Proven expertise in international purchasing, import/export management, materials planning (MRP), and inventory control.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Workday, SAP, or equivalent).Strong command of logistics and procurement performance indicators (OTIF, Fill Rate, Cost per Shipment, Inventory Accuracy).Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and traceability procedures.Advanced English (verbal and written), with strong negotiation and documentation skills.
