We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and transformation-driven leader to elevate our regional network into a sustainable competitive advantage.In this role, you will hold a dual seat on both the LATAM Leadership Team and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, shaping regional execution while influencing global strategy.
Where You Will Drive ImpactStrategic Leadership: Align LATAM’s regional operations with global priorities and high-growth targets.S&OP / IBP Governance: Master regional demand, supply, and inventory balance across complex agricultural cycles.End-to-End Operations: Oversee logistics, distribution, and plant operations in close coordination with global hubs (including the Netherlands).Financial Mastery: Own key regional metrics (OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, Logistics Costs) and optimize working capital.Team & Culture: Mentor and unify a geographically dispersed team under a strong "One Supply Chain" culture.
What Success Looks Like (Requirements)8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership within Agriculture, Agribusiness, Seeds, or FMCG.Proven track record in S&OP/IBP implementation, continuous improvement (Lean), and regional transformation.Comfortable operating in a complex matrix organization with multi-country operational scope.Languages: Business fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
