About the role
East-West Seed is seeking a strategic, hands-on, transformation-driven leader to elevate its regional seed supply network into a sustainable competitive advantage. The role leads end-to-end regional seed supply and holds seats on the LATAM Leadership Team and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, shaping regional execution and influencing global strategy.
Scope: LATAM (Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil & Export Markets).
Responsibilities
- Align LATAM regional operations with global priorities and high-growth targets.
- Lead regional demand, supply and inventory balance through S&OP / IBP governance across agricultural cycles.
- Oversee logistics, distribution and plant operations in coordination with global hubs, including the Netherlands.
- Own regional metrics including OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns and Logistics Costs, and optimize working capital.
- Mentor and unify a geographically dispersed team under a “One Supply Chain” culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership within Agriculture, Agribusiness, Seeds or FMCG.
- Track record in S&OP/IBP implementation, continuous improvement (Lean) and regional transformation.
- Comfort operating in a complex matrix organization with multi-country operational scope.
- Business fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
