At Loog Guitars, we're on a mission to help kids fall in love with music. We design guitars, pianos, apps, and learning experiences used by thousands of families around the world. Our products are designed in Uruguay, manufactured in Asia, sold primarily in the US, and fulfilled through multiple warehouses and Amazon.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to help us build the next generation of our supply chain. This is not a traditional purchasing role. We're looking for someone who loves supply chain, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and is excited about using AI and technology to rethink how work gets done.

Responsibilities

Own inventory planning across multiple warehouses and sales channels.Plan production with our factories and issue purchase orders.Coordinate imports, freight forwarders, 3PLs and Amazon FBA.Monitor inventory health, identify stock-outs and excess inventory, and propose actions.Analyze landed costs and identify opportunities to improve margins.Build better dashboards, reports and planning tools.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Experience to improve forecasting and planning.Continuously improve processes through automation, AI and better systems.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, purchasing and global supply chain.Experience in e-commerce operations.Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.Experience supporting the US market.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.Excellent English.Strong analytical mindset.Comfortable working with data.

Preferred Skills

Experience using AI to improve operational processes.Experience with APIs, SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI or no-code automation.Experience with Amazon FBA.Experience working with international manufacturing.CPIM or CSCP certifications.You play a musical instrument or simply love music.
