On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist. Are you passionate about optimizing business operations, managing order fulfillment, analyzing data, and driving process improvements? We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional to support our order management and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient business fulfillment and seamless collaboration across upstream and downstream activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport business operations across order requirements, order fulfillment, order configuration, and order transactions.Identify business exceptions and coordinate timely and structured solutions.Collaborate proactively with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.Perform data collection, processing, statistics, and analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Develop and support data analysis tools and reports.Identify operational risks, provide timely feedback, and follow up until closure.Ensure compliance with order operations and supply chain business processes and guidelines.
What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of order management, supply chain processes, operational workflows, work instructions, and information flows.Understanding of related business processes such as LTC, CRM, Finance, and Operations.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Experience working with tools and systems such as DFS, OSS, iDeal 2C, ITP, RMS, and IOC.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to identify exceptions, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher.3+ years of relevant experience in similar positions
