Support Worker

Support workers needed to help integrate patients into supported living placements and their own homes. Experience in mental health band 3 required. Responsibilities include supporting with appointments, budgets, life skills, reviewing care plans, attending MDT meetings, and working with the IROC framework. Regular commitment of at least 2 days a week, including one weekend. Paid training course of at least one day, possibly more if needed. Training topics include personality disorder/complex trauma, trauma-informed care, boundaries, motivation, de-escalation, suicide prevention, distress tolerance, emotional first aid, mental health first aid, and managing self-harm.
