About the RoleWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Surveillance Monitoring Specialist to monitor live cameras and surveillance systems, identify suspicious activity, and report incidents promptly. This position requires strong focus, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently throughout the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities• Continuously monitor live cameras and surveillance systems.• Identify, assess, and report suspicious activity or security incidents.• Communicate incidents promptly to management.• Prepare clear and detailed incident reports.• Follow established security and emergency response protocols.• Maintain focus and alertness throughout the entire shift.
What We’re Looking For• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.• Clear written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to remain calm and use good judgment under pressure.• Basic computer skills.• Previous security or surveillance monitoring experience is preferred but not required.
