System Support Associate

We are seeking an HCM Application Support Analyst to provide exceptional support to clients using our Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for application-related questions and issues, helping users troubleshoot problems, resolve support requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.Key responsibilities include investigating and diagnosing software issues, documenting and escalating application defects, testing solutions, and collaborating with development and QA teams. You will also assist with product testing, maintain knowledge base documentation, and provide occasional training to both clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.Requirements:Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM systems, including payroll, benefits, and human resources processes.Knowledge of payroll and payroll accounting operations.Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to manage customer concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Experience with PrismHR, HRPyramid, or other PEO/ASO software is preferred.Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.1-3 years of customer support or application support experience preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow within HR technology and client support.
