🗂 We’re Hiring: Systems Analyst🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Level: Entry-Level to Mid-LevelWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve business and IT systems. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical system specifications.• Evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to design and implement system solutions.• Gather and document user requirements, process flows, and system documentation.• Support system integration, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.• Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and risk assessments for system changes.• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support.• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and scalability.• Maintain technical documentation, process maps, and system records.• Work with databases, APIs, and enterprise applications to support system functionality.• Participate in project planning, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
✅ Requirements• Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, IT support, or software development is preferred.• Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and software architecture.• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms is an advantage.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a technical environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
