This position is responsible for implementing occupational health and safety programs, conducting workplace inspections, and monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. The role includes performing risk assessments, supporting the development of preventive and corrective action plans, and assisting in the management of medical surveillance programs. The technician will coordinate with project teams and leadership to investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements in working conditions. Daily tasks also involve educating personnel on safe work practices, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with external health and safety authorities when required.Qualifications Occupational Health and Medicine: Candidates should possess knowledge of occupational health principles and basic medicine relevant to workplace safety and employee well-being.Supervisory Skills and Communication: Candidates should have supervisory skills and strong communication abilities to guide teams, deliver training, and coordinate with different stakeholders.Laboratory Skills: Candidates should possess laboratory skills for conducting or supporting occupational health examinations, tests, and environmental monitoring when needed.
Technical or professional qualification in Occupational Health, Safety, Medicine, or a related field.Experience in workplace risk assessment, incident reporting, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.Ability to work on-site in Calle Blancos, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized documentation.Proficiency in using standard office software and tools for reports, records, and presentations.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
