I. Summary/Objective:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and support pre-screenings, profiling, scheduling interviews for the team members and interviewing agent positions. This role is also responsible for completing back-office duties as assigned such as completing candidates' documentation, delivering new hires documents, and following up with pre-hire processes.
II. Responsibilities:
Review potential candidates on different platforms.Review resumes from social media, apply email, LinkedIn, and any other recruiting platform used to attract candidates.Guide candidates through their pre-hire stage with documentation and medical exams.Interview candidates for agent roles depending on business needs.Support pre-screenings and schedule potential candidates for Talent Acquisition Specialists.Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices at all times.
III. Education and Experience:
A College degree is preferred
IV. Skills/ Qualifications:
+ 6 months previous experience in recruiting or Human Resources.Advanced English level.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Willingness for continuous learning and self-improvement.
