Position overview:As a Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence & Transformation Specialist-Senior you drive large-scale recruitment process optimization and technology enablement. You lead transformation initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to recruitment leadership on analytics and process improvement matters.
Key responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment data and business intelligence roadmap aligned with recruitment and business objectivesLead large-scale process optimization and transformation initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency, scalability, and effectivenessDesign and implement advanced recruitment dashboards, analytics platforms, and business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-makingConduct sophisticated data analysis to identify recruitment trends, predict outcomes, and recommend improvementsLead technology evaluation and implementation projects, including system selection, vendor management, and change managementPartner with recruitment leadership to develop data-driven recruitment plans and metrics frameworksDrive change management and stakeholder engagement to support adoption of new processes and systemsAnalyze return on investment for recruitment initiatives and technology investmentsShare knowledge and best practices with less experienced members of the team.

Qualifications4+ years of experience in business intelligence, process improvement, recruitment operations, or related analytical rolesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fieldB2+ oral and written English; additional languages as required
