About the role
Arches is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support its HR department. Working directly with the Office Manager, you will help build the HR function from scratch and attract and recruit talent from the Bogota market during a period of global expansion.
Arches is scaling from 20 to 50+ employees over this year. The role offers the chance to help shape people practices and establish partnerships in the local market, with the possibility of promotion to a full-time HR position after probation.

- Search for candidate profiles across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, desktop searches and job boards.
- Upload and manage data in the applicant tracking system to support an organized and efficient hiring process.
