What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with recruiters and HR partners to support the hiring process from start to finish, including:
Helping post open jobs and review resumesCoordinating interviews and communicating with candidatesMaking sure candidates have a smooth and positive experienceKeeping candidate information organized in recruiting systemsHelping with employer branding, campus recruiting, and career eventsAssisting with simple reports and presentations
What We’re Looking For
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldCurious about Talent Acquisition and how hiring worksComfortable communicating with different people (email, chat, meetings)Organized, detail-oriented, and dependablePositive attitude, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questionsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)English at least at an intermediate level is requiredYour graduation year should be at least 2027
