About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TPI Global Solutions, you will partner with businesses and the team to hire exceptional talent and support the mission and values. You will lead efforts to meet headcount goals, address technical requirements and complex roadmaps, and improve recruiting processes, programs, strategic sourcing and technology.

The position is for 6 months, with potential to extend or convert. This is not guaranteed and depends on budget, headcount and performance.

Responsibilities

• Measure and track performance against headcount targets and provide guidance for monthly and quarterly hiring forecasts.
• Create sourcing channels aligned with current and future pipeline needs.
• Use market data and insights to support informed conversations.
• Assess pipeline metrics and recruiting processes to identify improvements and recommend actions.
• Drive online recruiting campaigns, events and talent ambassador efforts with the Talent Brand & Marketing organization.
• Build credibility, earn trust and influence stakeholders.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauge progress and identify potential obstacles.
• Develop, run and share reports and dashboards to hold hiring and recruiting teams accountable for desired results.
• Assess and develop creative strategies to improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience recruiting for all levels of an organization.
• 3+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting.
