This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction, evaluation, and hiring of high-quality talent to meet business needs across multiple operations. Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO/call center positionsSource, screen, and interview candidates across different channelsCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholdersTalent Sourcing & AttractionProactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databasesBuild talent pipelines for critical and high-volume rolesPromote employer branding initiatives during sourcing activitiesCandidate ManagementMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the processEnsure a positive candidate experience at every stageManage offer process and follow-up until onboardingStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Hiring Managers, Operations, and HR teamsUnderstand business needs and role requirementsAlign recruitment strategies with operational goalsReporting & TrackingTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, conversion rates)Maintain updated records in ATS or tracking systemsProvide regular updates on recruitment progress Required QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields (preferred)Experience2+ years of experience in recruitment / Talent AcquisitionExperience recruiting for BPO or call center environments (preferred)Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processesTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)Knowledge of recruitment metrics and tracking Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and influencing abilitiesProactivity and results-driven mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies
