About the role
D|B Global Talent Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead candidate sourcing, build talent pipelines, and engage candidates across recruitment channels. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate need.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective talent across multiple channels, databases, and professional networks.
- Make outbound telephone calls and conduct candidate pre-screenings in advanced English to evaluate role fit.
- Manage multiple candidate interactions, keeping applicants engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting function.
- Comfort making high-volume candidate calls, using ATS systems, and leveraging digital sourcing.
