Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA) supports end-to-end recruitment operations by sourcing and screening top talent to meet business needs and workforce demands. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity in sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with hiring standards.
What You’ll Own:Make the first contact call with the candidate to assess the level of English with the intention of scheduling an interview with the next stage.Perform floor-walks to collect potential candidates.Schedule interviews for recruiters with potential candidates.Notify recruiters about the daily agenda of interviews.Re-engaging candidates who were "no show" who were scheduled for interviews in previous days.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:Have prior experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing (desirable but not required).Are able to work on-site.Have English proficiency at 90% or higher according to The Office Gurus standards (or equivalent)Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentHave familiarity with call center operations and the skills required for success in this field is advantageous.Have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for connecting people with great career opportunities.
