Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate interactions and statuses. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
