About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TP, you will support talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness across the regions, with a focus on the employee experience and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the employee “First 90 Day” experience and support brand development and talent acquisition within the Center’s community.
  • Coordinate with HR and Center Directors on the “Employee Qualifications & Compliance Program.”
  • Collaborate with school and regional leaders on talent acquisition, classroom and teacher ratios, and compensation.
  • Monitor talent acquisition budgets and campaign effectiveness with ELA functional teams, including payroll, accounting, HRBPs, and Operations leadership.
  • Coordinate promotional materials with the ELA Marketing Manager and provide regular reports to Center Directors and Regional leaders on recruiting costs, open positions, and time to hire.
  • Work with HRIS, payroll, and Center Directors to ensure timely onboarding and orientation, including new hire documents.
  • Optimize organizational structure in the childhood industry and develop onboarding processes and improvements, including automation to alleviate the burden on Center Directors.
  • Conduct operational-level “Employee Experience” surveys and support Center Directors and managers with “Employee Engagement.”
  • Track Licensing and support automation for tracking credentials and education.
  • Coordinate background screening and reference checking.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations leadership on localized talent acquisition training materials, conduct training on hiring, interviewing, and onboarding, and train managers to use the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the Human Resources Business Partner across the employee life cycle.
  • Process new hire paperwork, including offer letter generation and entry into HRIS.
  • Develop processes and supporting documentation for onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
