This role involves managing recruitment end to end, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and using sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and close active deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kick-off meetings with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
• Manage client communications and guide the hiring process, focusing on high-quality service and rapid response.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Use sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and database management.
• Connect with potential candidates and conduct interviews.
• Develop ongoing relationships and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
• Extend offers and facilitate the hiring process through deal closure.
• Meet recruitment metrics such as time to hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.

Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience; agency setting preferred.
• Client or stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to execute in a very fast-paced environment.
• Remote work experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
