What will you do?Manage 5-6 executive searches at a time.Advise clients directly on talent strategy and compensation.Conduct competency-based interviews, psychometric assessments, and reference checks.Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Ideal Profile:Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (agencies, BPO, corporate, or internships) — any background welcome.Conversational to advanced English.Curiosity, discipline, and drive to learn Executive Search from the ground up.
