Talent Acquisition Specialist - Manufacturing

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll identify and recruit Manufacturing, Operations and Engineering talent. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, support high-quality hires and provide an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers on sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Use proactive, creative and cost-effective methods to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including online recruiting resources, social media, ATS, local and community organizations, college partnerships and teammate referrals.
• Meet with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, the function, and how the role fits with the team and organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create a great candidate experience.
• Communicate and follow up in a timely manner to deliver an exceptional candidate and manager experience.
• Advocate for Weir on social media platforms and engage important networks and associations as a Weir ambassador in internal and external markets.
• Use ATS to proactively build talent pools for high-frequency and high-valued roles.

Requirements

• Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company.
