As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will identify, engage, and attract talent across the United States. You will help build diverse talent pipelines and support hiring initiatives for operational, professional, mid-level, and senior-level positions, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates across the US market.
• Source candidates for operational, professional, mid-level, and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Use sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Implement candidate engagement strategies to increase response rates and enhance the candidate experience.
• Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to identify target talent pools and emerging hiring trends.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and provide talent market insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Kuehne+Nagel's presence.
